I love, love, love, this book. It is an interesting plot, that Elizabeth is neither Mr. or Mrs. Bennet's child. The Prince is endearing in his heartache and seeking of a second chance. The only problem that I have with this book is the constant refusing of Darcy by Elizabeth. However, it is easy to understand what she feels, in that time family honor is everything and Elizabeth was an outsider in the Bennet household and Mrs. Bennet made her feel it at every turn. This novel had many twists and turns because was cleverly written to keep you mindful of the goings on in this novel. It was written to keep you happy at times, sad at other times and then sometimes suspenseful I really enjoyed the novel tremendously and it kept me quite entertained.
For Amy's first novel, I thought it had a well planned plot and was different from most novels I have read of the P & P variety. It was a fast and easy read. I gathered from the title that there would be some royalty in it somewhere. I won't go into the plot so as to not spoil it for others.

I can never get enough of Pride and Prejudice in any form. I love that someone picked up these awesome characters and gave us a new depth. The inner thoughts of so many is delightful and keeps the plot moving along. I did not want to put it down. If I had even a couple minutes in the bathroom I was reading this book.
